#HRUBratislava – Employee retention: Big Data vs. Board level HR

HR Unconferences are a global series of events where the emphasis is on conversation, cross-level communication and free exchange of ideas and experiences. Aimed at HR practitioners, recruiters and corporate executives the events focus on the latest innovations and technologies used in HR. These events are organised in more than 50 countries across the world and attended by over 6 000 people globally. No keynote speakers, no presenter looking down on you from a big stage and no similar standards of the events. Instead we provide free, flexible, informal environment for the HR & Recruitment folks in the market to discuss their challenges and find real practical solutions.


The event in Bratislava will be focused on Employee retention. High employee turnover costs all the businesses, but especially large corporations, including SSC, in time and productivity, therefore at #HRUBratislava we will be discussing how to retain talent & be an attractive employer. We will be looking into new generation requirements, the importance of having the right leaders and most importantly touching the Big Data factor regarding employee retention. However, does it make sense to invest into expensive HR systems which provide a lot of numbers and data – but then nobody really knows how to read the data and what to do with it?  Let’s meet @ #HRUBratislava where top organizations in the Europe will share and discuss the current challenges of retaining it’s talent.


Participation is free of charge for the participants who will be selected after profile reviewing process run by #HRU and its partners. Application form is available at the bottom of this webpage. Nevertheless, we strongly recommend to guarantee your seat in advance as number of participants is limited to 60 people. The purpose of this – we are seeking to have real, close, relevant conversations and active participation in the discussions of all the selected participants which is impossible in larger group. Confirmations will be sent within a week after application.
