DESCRIPTION OF HR UNCONFERENCES
HR Unconferences are a global series of events where the emphasis is on conversation, cross-level communication and free exchange of ideas and experiences. Aimed at HR practitioners, recruiters, and corporate executives the events focus on the latest innovations and technologies used in HR. These events are organised in more than 50 countries across the world and attended by over 6 000 people globally. No keynote speakers, no presenter looking down on you from a big stage and no similar standards of the events. Instead, we provide free, flexible, informal environment for the HR & Recruitment folks in the market to discuss their challenges and find real practical solutions.
DESCRIPTION OF THE EVENT IN BRUSSELS
The event in Brussels will be focused on the Proactive Hiring and its influence of changing recruitment processes, tools and competencies. Today Proactive Hiring refers to distinct qualities from the recruitment function that allow organizations to respond rapidly to changes in an internal and external environment by having a systematic approach to talent pipelining. This often means knowledge over intuition and different process and tools to collect and assess candidate information that is helping us to do better decisions faster.

Participation is FREE of charge for the attendees who will be selected after the application process.
An application form is available at the bottom of this page. We strongly recommend to apply ASAP to guarantee your seat in advance as the number of participants is limited to 100 people. The purpose of this – we are seeking to have real, close, relevant conversations and active participation in the discussions of all the selected participants which is impossible in a larger group. Confirmations will be sent within 1-2 weeks after the application.
