He has over 17 years of proven experience creating and implementing recruitment solutions designed to effectively manage the organization’s recruitment practices, manage risk by ensuring proper controls are in place, while delivering a great recruitment experience to all stakeholders.

Recognized for pushing the boundaries in strategic talent acquisition, Paul has developed award-winning staffing programs which have transformed recruiting into a center of excellence and a key business priority.

He joined BMO Financial Group in February 2011 as the Director of Talent Acquisition Strategies & Operations. He is accountable for building BMO’s foundational recruitment practices, managing vendor relations, overseeing the innovative recruitment technology solutions, and leading his 10+ direct reports. Prior to BMO, Paul was appointed as the first Director of Talent Strategies & Programs for Rogers Communications. He also spent 5 years at Microsoft Corporation in various global staffing leadership and process improvement program management roles.

Paul currently serves on the Board of Directors for Kinark Foundation, an organization focused on offering proven solutions that help children, youth and families struggling with mental health issues.
