#HRUMadrid – People Analytics

HR Unconference

HR Unconferences are a global series of events where the emphasis is on conversation, cross-level communication and free exchange of ideas and experiences, aimed at HR practitioners, recruiters and corporate executives about the latest innovations and technologies used in making HR easier. These events are organised in more than 50 countries across the world and attended by over 6 000 people globally.

The event in Madrid will be focused on Data Analytics in HR and Recruitment. Today HR Tech solutions have evolved beyond simple automation of human resources business processes, such as payroll and applicant tracking, into full-fledged business analytics tools that collect, aggregate, and interpret numerous types of data to drive more substantiated HR decisions. These solutions help HR professionals demonstrate and measure the impact talent and people-related decisions have on organizations. At #HRUMadrid top organizations in the Europe will share and discuss best and next practices in People Analytics and showcase tools that they are using to track, integrate and analyze people data.

LIVE STREAMING of the event will be available from June 21st, 10AM: HERE

LA TRANSMISIÓN EN VIVO del evento estará disponible desde el dia 21 de Junio, a las 10 am: AQUI

Participation is free of charge for the attendees who were selected after the registration process. Registration is closed from June 14th.
