The Factory Luxe is a sumptuous event space with a rich Seattle history. We chose the name The Factory Luxe because it represents the unique dual nature of the place. The outside is an intriguing reminder of an industrial by-gone era while the inside is cozy and luxurious. The combination makes for an exciting space to meet, celebrate and have a good time! The Factory Luxe is 2 miles south of downtown and 2 miles north of Georgetown, an especially unique neighborhood with one-of-a-kind restaurants, bars, galleries, shops, saloons, and cafes. The area is diverse and friendly, consisting largely of musicians, bohemians, artists, blue-collar workers and young professionals.
