#HRUTallinn – Data & Automation Redefining HR

HR Unconferences are a global series of events where the emphasis is on the conversation, cross-level communication and free exchange of ideas and experiences. Aimed at HR practitioners, recruiters, and corporate executives the events focus on the latest innovations and technologies used in HR. These events are organized in more than 50 countries across the world and attended by over 6 000 people globally. No keynote speakers, no presenter looking down on you from a big stage and no similar standards of the events. Instead, we provide free, flexible, informal environment in the market to discuss their challenges and find real practical solutions.

The event in Tallinn will be focused on the Data-Driven HR & Proactive Hiring and its influence on changing processes and perspectives. Today data-driven approach in business refers to distinct qualities that allow organizations to respond rapidly to changes in an internal and external environment. This means knowledge over intuition and different process and tools to collect and assess relevant information that is helping us to do better decisions faster.

Let’s discuss above and more at #HRUTallinn – Data-Driven HR & Proactive Hiring on 16th of March, 2018.

Join us for an opportunity to network with top-level executives from the most forward-thinking organizations in Estonia, Baltics, Nordics and beyond, meet the best HR technology vendors and start-ups and enjoy the spirit of an unconference.

Participation is FREE of charge for the attendees who will be selected after the application process.

An application form is available at the bottom of this page. We strongly recommend applying ASAP to guarantee your seat in advance as the number of participants is limited. The purpose of this – we are seeking to have real, close, relevant conversations and active participation in the discussions of all the selected participants which is impossible in a larger group.

Join the pre-event discussions on Twitter (#HRUTallinn) and on Facebook!

The purpose of the centre is to help enterprises to grow their business and raise their competitiveness, thereby fostering faster economic growth in Estonia. At the heart of the innovation centre is a special growth programme, which helps enterprises to take a step forward in their business within a period of only three to six months. SEB’s objective is to bring the globally proven work methods used by start-ups to traditional companies and implement innovation at a rate that is several times faster than what is currently taking place. The first group, more than ten enterprises, has already started the programme.
