Steven leads global recruitment at Bit9 + Carbon Black, the leader in endpoint threat prevention, detection, and response. Steven’s passion is building talent acquisition teams and structure in ever-changing, high growth environments, with limited resources. As a thought leader in developing grass-roots, high-impact talent branding campaigns, Steven is mostly “right brain” and has driven one-of-a-kind recruitment campaigns for companies large and small. With 15 years in the recruitment space, Steven has worked in a variety of industries from e-commerce, telecom, to cyber security. Prior to Bit9 + Carbon Black, Steven held leadership roles at American Tower Corporation and Optaros. Steven particularly enjoys working with newbies to the workforce and has lead workshops and spoken at many panels for university students. Steven holds a BA from Brandeis University and a MS from UMass Boston’s McCormack Graduate School of Policy Studies.
